Come as you are
This is a space to reconnect, in your own way

Forest Rest began as something I needed before it became something I could offer
Life once felt fast and full, yet disconnected. Being productive came more easily than being present.
Nature was always there, I had just not yet learned how to be in relationship with it. Over time, that began to shift.
By stepping outside without urgency,
Noticing.
Breathing.
Allowing space.
Something softened. My nervous system settled. My attention widened, and I felt more like myself again.

What many of us feel intuitively is now supported by research
Time in nature can reduce stress
Restore attention
Support a more balanced way of being
This is the foundation of Forest Rest

Today, I guide individuals, teams, and communities into this experience
Not to fix or change anything.
But to offer space to arrive, just as you are.
Each session is a guided, sensory experience in nature.
Rooted in slowing down, noticing, and relating to yourself, others and the natural world around you.

My approach is grounded in relational forest therapy,
Inspired by Shinrin-yoku and guided by the principles of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
This is not a hike or a lesson. I participate alongside you.
The experience unfolds through shared presence, where the forest becomes part of the relationship.
You are always invited to engage in your own way.
This way of being in nature often supports:
-
a more settled nervous system
-
greater clarity and perspective
-
a deeper sense of connection to yourself, others, and the natural world
People often leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
